The Earthship Hut is a stormproof and low-cost structure that collects rainwater, therefore a perfectly suited building for Fiji. The Fijian government has expressed interested to fund a larger project if we can demonstrate that we can build stormproof constructions and transfer this knowledge to the local population, and has even considered making this part of the official University of Fiji program, hence why we will invite locals to this workshop as well as the Fijian government.
