Does China own my city? US Cities Going Bankrupt.

So the USA is one of the places on earth that lets people and companies that are not legal residents or citizens buy land and companies....Imagine if the states or cities that are broke sell their property or request a loan from a foreign country, simply because they have the money and desire to buy it! After that happens then ask yourself who owns America now?
