Feds Seize Millions in NECC Crackdown

The Feds continue to build their case against principles of the now-defunct New England Compounding Center. NECC blamed for a deadly, nationwide outbreak of fungal meningitis. Feds seized 1.5 million dollars from three bank accounts, in Barry Cadden's name, the head pharmacist of NECC. 16.8 million was frozen in accounts held by or linked to Carla or Douglas Conigliaro of Dedham. Both company shareholders, Carla, the majority shareholder. These seizures involve 13 different financial institutions, and if there are convictions in this case, the money could be used to compensate victims of the 2012 meningitis outbreak. That outbreak linked to the compounding center killed 64 people, sickening nearly 700 others across 20 states. http://aol.it/1BMGOHa http://yhoo.it/1DmDOVU Support Indymedia!
