Obama REFUSED to budge on it...Obama and his cronies REALLY wanted it to pass and stay implemented REALLY bad. Why else would they NOT just scrap the damned thing based on public outcry, and to prevent the govt shutdown?!? SOMETHING is up with ObamaCare...we will soon see.
