This California beach should be evacuated and posted; Hazardous Radiation Area - Do Not Enter! Could this be the Fukushima radiation, finally getting here? We need some more testing of California beach sand and water, pronto.. This could rise to the level of a public health emergency if confirmed and analyzed, with radioactive elements showing cesium or others from Fukushima! There is a chance of this being 'natural' uranium/thorium sand, like some beaches in Brazil, but the odds are against that.
