The monitor indicates air dose rate 0.13 or 0.14 micro Sievert per hour in air at chest hight, in front of the school gate, and 0.91 micro Sievert per hour on the sand of the school road side where radioactive particle have been accumulated. Kashiwa city : population 400,000.
