WALL STREET -- Stocks continued their downward trend on Wednesday as new Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen stuck with the decision to taper its monthly Treasury bond purchases to $65 billion. The Down fell nearly 190 points, wiping out the previous day's modest rally.
