You can bet that the Foley video was created as a tool of manipulation to once again try to scare and anger the Ameican public to support a full scale Invasion to eliminate ISIS once and for all. The only way to do that is for Boots On The Ground in mass. I believe that other manipulations are in the works that will be actual and large that will bring the average Joe, to scream for Govt/Military action and the Elites will once again get their way.
