We need to crack down on loud music at traffic lights, make it a 5,000 fine if 2 people call in your tag number. Police visit your house, to see if you have the speakers , if you do, yer fined, if they cannot find you a warrant is issued for your arrest. Bail  is 5,000, meaning you need 500 cash to get out. Once you have been processed by the courts, You have 11 months to pay it off. If you fail to pay it off, 2 years in county jail, no mercy. This will help us enjoy our country again and teach people , that manners matter.
