HOW I WOULD FIX THIS COUNTRY....
To kick this off, I would take 50% of wealth and assets of the top 1
million richest people in america....85% OF ALL COMPANIES AND PEOPLE WHO
HIDE MONEY OVERSEAS..... and liquidate it into this system.....every
state , city and town would get a cut........for 10 years. Every 10
years the amount taken would be reduced by 1% until
they paid only 10% in taxes and only when they buy something. Anyone trying to leave this country to
save money , would be stripped of all wealth and assets and go to prison
for 20 years.
TAX BASED LOTTERY.....
....All taxes of any
kind should be lottery based......anytime you spend more than 20.00 you
should automatically be entered into a lottery..... at each place you
shop , the lottery results, show on your Receipt...Wins start at 20.00
and go up , the more you spend.... 25% of the win is split between the
state and city gov and feds....so we can reduce the need for fed money
and control. All sales taxes, of communities who get into the lottery
are capped and set at at 10%. It should be set up in such a way that 50%
of the taxes paid are distributed as WINS back to the community. The
lottery should pay out at 1.5% per day from the lottery fund bank
account the city has set up............The city pays the state , its
cut every 4 months. Also, no state taxes.....No tag stickers, etc....all
state taxes are stopped.
All state agencies other than ,
police , fire and ems..elderly care ..are cut 100%...with in 1 year. no
social workers , they will now be police. Buy one tag for a car, for
life and never pay again. No more property taxes. Close the IRS......the
states pay the feds a cut of all income and lottery wins. NO MORE NEED
TO FILE TAXES! Flat sales taxes, no deductions.
FOR ANYONE MAKING LESS THAN 40,000 TO 50,000 A YEAR.
Buy auto insurance for 59.00 per month per person, if you make less
than 40,000 a year. Every time you pay, yer in the lottery. If you win,
paying this bill 15% goes into your auto insurance account.
Buy
health ins. for 99.00 per month per person if you make less than 50,000
a year. Every time you pay, yer in the lottery. If you win, paying this
bill 15% goes into your Health insurance account. So you only get 60%
of your win.....the city collects, 25% off the top , as well.
The same thing with your electric, gas , sewer , water bills. If you win
the lottery 25% city-state-feds......15% towards future bills....You
win 60% tax free, until you buy something, then its 10% flat sales tax.
START A BUSINESS OR INVEST AND GROW YOUR MONEY.
Give anyone , with a decent business idea, 31,000 to start said
business. they have 17 years to pay it back at no interest, if they blow
it, its on them. (If they refuse to make payments, they go to jail for up to 31 years.)
If you serve in the military for 2 to 4 years, it goes up to=58,000
If you get a college degree it goes up to =98,000
DO ALL THREE AND GET $ 187,000 to build a business or invest
The money cannot be used for anything other than running a business or legit investing. If
you get caught defrauding any of these programs you serve 8 years in
prison, no mercy. Do it twice and you get 19 years. No way out.
ENDING POVERTY.
If you make less than 40,000 a year you get a check for 1500.00 tax
free, cept for sales taxes. But you must do volunteer work for at least 5
hours a week to get the money. If you are unemployed you can earn 4,000
a month working full time for a charity or non profit, as long as it is
not a church related charity.
WHY GIVE MONEY TO LOSERS?
The drunks and drug addicts , will use the money they get to take themselves out, saving even more for people who work hard.
NO MORE OUT OF CONTROL WOMEN, DESTROYING FAMILIES.

Who pays for all of this? the flat 10% sales tax. 50% is held off the
top for the city, state and feds..Its split between them....50% goes
into lottery fund.
Then the state. city and feds, split 25% of each Winners TAKE.
No estate or death taxes......
1% of every win, goes into lock down for your end of life care expenses. held in the bank by the state.

Every telephone pole in the USA will be fitted with a solar panel and wind catcher. Every School and Public building we have the same within 8 years.
Within 12 years , every single building in the USA will have solar panels and wind power.
Every building nation wide will have rain catchers.
Anyone who grows a garden at home will get free seeds and supplies.
Gas will be capped at $2.50 a gal for 30 years.
