FBI Calls On Public To Help Identify Masked English-Speaking Jihadi

In an appeal issued Wednesday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation asked the public for information on the identity of a suspected Islamic State militant, who speaks with what officials describe as "a North American accent." The FBI said it is also seeking information "identifying individuals who have traveled — or are planning to travel — overseas to engage in combat alongside terrorist organizations." It singles out one particular masked jihadi who appears in an ISIS propaganda video from Syria, speaking fluent English and Arabic.
