Not since the Lautenberg law of the 1990’s made it so anyone with a judge signed restraining order against them could no longer legally possess a firearm has something so draconian been enacted against gun owners. Domestic violence is very bad no doubt. What is happening now with the stroke of a pen is even worse. This means one only need to ACCUSE someone of being “dangerous” to have police come and seize all firearms. No proof needed. Just go to court and accuse anyone of being dangerous. Then the cops come and take all firearms and ammunition from the accused without due process of law. Yet another reason not to live in California.
