Reports are coming in that Russia is on the move. It appears that a vote is going to take place in Eastern Ukraine and Russia is insisting the vote be carried out peacfully. So the Tanks may be for peac Keeping efforts only. However, Kiev Does not want the vote to occur, will this lead to even more conflict. if so Russia will Now be on the ground with tanks in Ukraine. So, this will be interesting.
