A car has ploughed into a crowd of Ferguson demonstrators in Minneapolis, running at least one woman over before driving off. Report by Sarah Kerr.

What should have been done was not, and that would have been to take over Japan when this first occured, and employ every nuclear scientist together into a think-tank, to attempt to solve it.
