February 24, 2015 ... Yet another large blast of lava from Sakurajima Volcano in South Japan. This latest blast occurred just hours before a 6.2M earthquake struck due South of the location. The previous eruption ash cloud actually reached the West Coast of the United States, hitting Oregon and Washington state with a thin layer of ash mixed with the rain.
