Cairo has also formed a special committee to make contacts with official and non-official actors in Libya, in order to learn about the fate of 21 kidnapped nationals.This comes following the release of photos by ISIL terrorists, raising fears that 21 kidnapped Coptic Egyptians, might have been beheaded, in Sirte.
