Lieberman has said that following Hezbollah’s recent retaliatory attack-- which left two Israeli officers dead and seven wounded, the rules of the game have changed. The resistance movement launched an operation in the occupied Shebaa Farms in response to Tel Aviv‘s strike in Syria that killed several Hezbollah fighters and an Iranian commander. The Israeli official also threatened the Gaza Strip with a fourth Israeli assault. According to Lieberman, it’s unreasonable that Tel Aviv decided not to respond to Hezbollah. The Israeli minister has admitted that the Lebanese group has become bolder and more determined than before in its fight against Israel.
