Dallas police shoot unarmed mentally ill man on his porch, footage reveals

Shirley Harrison, Jason's mother, calmly walks past Officers Andrew Hutchins and John Rogers telling them her son is “biopolar, schizo,” when Jason exits the home with a screwdriver.
