Full Video of Suge Knight's Fatal Hit and Run Incident Released

As Suge Knight continues to go through the legal process of his fatal hit and run case , TMZ has obtained full video of the incident, which left Suge's friend, Terry Cater , dead. In the video, which is very graphic, Suge's red truck can be seen pulling up to a parking lot where he begins to have a discussion with Cle "Bone" Sloan , when moments later, Knight clips Sloan as he is backing up his truck and then as he drives forward, he runs over Carter, killing him instantly.
