Commercial for starving artists show in Oklahoma City. I believe this same commercial with the same artwork has been used since the mid-80's and the only thing that has changed is the location and dates.

I don't know, and even the world's nuclear scientists don't know. What should have been done was not, and that would have been to take over Japan when this first occured, and employ every nuclear scientist together into a think-tank, to attempt to solve it.
