These are some of my favorite time lapse lightning captures on video over the last two years beginning with a squall over a surreal, endless backdrop of yellow flowers in Oklahoma back in May of 2013. The spectacular lightning events include the Throckmorton Texas lightning show from April 1, 2014 and the unbelievable Coleridge Nebraska supercell lightning show from June 17, 2014. Other lightning footage was shot near Clovis new Mexico, Ponca City Oklahoma, Waurika Oklahoma, Bartlett Nebraska (6-16-14), Manhattan Kansas and Madison South Dakota.
