Lets just arbitrarily cancel them and say its because of their performance. It appears Ebay pays a certain company to whitewash the internet: http://bit.ly/1jD4pl8 Not sure how much of it is all true, but from my understanding of the Ebay Hierarchy and how they operate, lets just say I would not be surprised if it was true.
