How could they? The Obama administration has scrubbed jihad, jihad doctrine and Islam from all counter terror materials. Jihadists associated with Muslim Brotherhood groups like CAIR “train” law enforcement to submit to sharia restrictions on speech. So is it any wonder that authorities and administration officials are calling the savage beheading of a woman “workplace violence Oklahoma Beheading Treated as Workplace Violence While FBI Seeks Terror Links Texas Gov. New Tremors Raise Concern At Japan's Mount Ontake

Increased seismic activity raised concern Tuesday about the possibility of another eruption at a Japanese volcano where 36 people were killed, forcing rescuers to suspend plans to try to recover at least two dozen bodies still near the summit. Volcanic tremors rose to a level not seen since Saturday evening, hours after Mount Ontake's initial large eruption, said Shoji Saito of the Japan Meteorological Agency. The tremor levels were oscillating up and down. They have managed to airlift only 12 bodies off the mountain since the start of the eruption on Saturday because of dangerous conditions. Survivors told Japanese media that they were pelted by rocks from the eruption. http://yhoo.it/1qRGakf http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ #News

Town Wants to Ban Cameras After Cop’s Obama Rant Goes Viral (Nanny of the Month, Sept. 2014)

Nanny of the Month turns five-years-old this month, and after all these years busybodies still delight in making it it their business to mind your business. Back in September 2009, control freaks put everything from shark tours to apple pie on their hit list, and how about this month? Careful where you toss those table scraps because Seattle has given garbage collectors the power to fine residents who aren’t all in on composting. And a Minnesota pol is going Four Loko over the latest alcohol innovation. The manufacturer of Palcohol says its powdered alcohol will will be a hit with everyone from airlines to backpackers (astronauts?). But if state Rep. Joe Atkins (D) has his way, Gopher State backpackers will be banned from pairing their campfire fried eggs with a freeze-dried Bloody Mary. (The feds now say they approved Palcohol by mistake.) But on this very special episode, Nanny of the Month zeros in the Garden State. Remember Richard Recine, the (now former) Helmetta, New Jersey spe...

The problem is there are very few STEM based (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) programs in his area that can help cultivate his creative skills. His parents searched all over to find an affordable program in a convenient location. They found a program called Inventors Club in their community. This program was designed to help foster creativity in Logan and other kids pre-k - 8th grade. Now, Logan will have the opportunity to explore options of becoming what he calls a " Toy Fixer " AKA Future Product Designer. This is Logan! :) Inventors Club is a social enterprise established to improve students' un...

David Cameron Defends Plans To Cut Benefits For Working Poor

David Cameron has defended his plan to carry out billions of pounds of extra cuts to benefits for the working poor, saying it is only fair to ensure welfare payments are not rising faster than earnings. The prime minister insisted the proposals for £3bn-a-year cuts, set out by the chancellor George Osborne on Monday, were better than raising taxes or reducing benefits for wealthier pensioners. The plan means a two-year freeze on benefits and tax credits for about 10m households, many of whom have already borne the brunt of austerity. http://bit.ly/1rC4o6X http://bit.ly/1fJ5yqZ #News

Alert! National Grid Electricity Rates to Rise 37 Percent This Winter!

http://bit.ly/1zfNXza National Grid is warning customers that they will see a significant increase in their electricity bills beginning in November. The company recently filed with the state to adjust rates for the winter and says bills could rise by 37 percent because of higher power supply prices — which the company describes as “the cost of the electricity National Grid buys for customers and passes on without a mark up.” “Because that commodity has increased in price so much, customers are going to see a significantly higher bill this winter than they did last winter,” National Grid spokesman Jake Navarro told WBUR. “For a typical residential customer, who uses 500 kilowatt hours a month, we’re talking about a $33 impact to their electric bill. That’s definitely a significant increase.” National Grid’s gas rates, however, are expected to be slightly lower this winter. The company filed to reduce that rate by 1 to 3 percent. The Boston area is serviced by both National Grid and NST...
