But defense attorneys are warning their clients, DON’T pay the bill. Dispensaries aren’t technically licensed to SELL marijuana, but TAX agencies still want to collect a sales TAX from them. Islamic State militants have been grooming children to join the ranks of the extremist group, and new footage posted on Monday offers insights into what this training looks like. The group is training young recruits in a series of camps across northern Iraq and Syria. ISIL sympathizers have hacked the Twitter account and the YouTube feeds of the United States Central Command. The Central Command has confirmed that agents connected to ISIL seized its social media accounts. Pro-ISIL hackers first changed the center's Twitter account profile images to black and white graphics. They also wrote phrases like "Cyber Caliphate" and "I love you ISIS" on the page. A message was also posted saying "American Soldiers, We are coming, Watch your back." In their later messages, the contact information and home addresses of US military personnel were published. The terrorists claimed they got the info from Pentagon networks.
