The latest measured at a magnitude of 4.9 and was centered about four miles (6.5 km) from Challis in the state's central mountains, but was felt as far away as Boise, a 190-mile (305-km) drive to the southwest, the U.S. Geological Survey said. Almost two years ago, President Obama launched the controversial Affordable Care Act, better known as the Obamacare, making it mandatory that every American citizen secure health insurance by February 15, 2015, or face penalty. There has been another fight at a movie theater and mall, this time in Indianapolis. Castleton Square Mall closed early Saturday after a fight broke out inside, reportedly involving hundreds of teens. Fights had broken out inside earlier. "It was like two groups at a time. People just kept jumping in like they were just like kicking each other," said Darelene Hernandez, who said she'd been inside shopping when the fights started "They started running up and down and we didn't know what was happening. We saw people fighting and all the police officers were running towards them," added Davin Juerling who was with Hernandez.. Some witnesses said they heard someone had a gun, but no one has been able to tell police they actually saw one. Later, there were reports of shots fired in front of the AMC movie theater, but again police have not found any evidence of gunfire. A monitoring group said, Islamist fighters seized a suburb east of Damascus on Sunday after driving out a smaller rival insurgent group in deadly clashes, the latest example of rebel infighting in Syria's nearly four-year conflict. the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, fighters from the Army of Islam clashed with members of the Army of the Nation group in Douma. North Korea has issued a response to the sanctions the U.S. Department of the Treasury levied on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea government following that country's involvement in the Sony cyber attack. The AP reports North Korea's state-run Central News Agency as saying, "The persistent and unilateral action taken by the White House to slap 'sanctions' against the DPRK patently proves that it is still not away from inveterate repugnancy and hostility toward the DPRK." After the FBI determined that North Korea was "centrally involved" in the Sony hack – a conclusion that is now being widely questioned by cyber security experts – President Barack Obama promised "proportional and appropriate" action. The "first aspect" of that response came January 2nd when Obama signed an Executive Order that sanctioned key North Korean individuals and business holdings. Security sources said on Sunday, Nigerian Islamist militants have overrun an army base in the remote northeastern town of Baga. Baga is notionally the headquarters of a multinational force comprising troops from Niger, Nigeria, Chad and Cameroon, although only Nigerian troops are actually stationed there.Troops eventually fled the remote station on the semi-desert shores of Lake Chad after it was attacked on Saturday.
