During a year-end press conference to touched on everything from the NSA surveillance programs to President Barack Obama's new years resolutions, NBC News' Chuck Todd was the first member of the White House press corps to ask a specific question about the Affordable Care Act. Given the long-list of adjustments to the law since it was implemented on October 1st, Todd wanted to know how Americans can still have "confidence" in it. TAYLOR (WWJ) - Bullets and guns are flying off the shelves so quickly at least one local gun shop is rationing their ammo. Gun sales at Top Gun in Taylor have more than doubled since this time last year, and owner Mike Barbour says they've been forced to limit bullet sales. Customers who come in to buy bullets to shoot at the range can only purchase one box each. Barbour said the high demand is due to the stricter gun laws being pushed by the Obama Administration He said it's good for business, but there's a down side. "Now people are coming in and we don't have anything to sell them," Barbour told WWJ Newsradio 950′s Zahra Huber. "With the ammo restrictions I might only be able to see them a half-hour range time versus a whole hour. I can't rent guns, because a lot of the gun rentals I don't have the ammo to provide for them."
